Lauren Meredith is the Store Manager of A Black Orchid and the daughter of Cheryle Derman the Owner- She has been a florist for almost 4 years now and all of her experience has come directly from hands on learning at the store. She loves to design with a High Style Contemporary flare and tropical flowers. She is very experienced in silk and dried flowers as well. Lauren will jump at any new challenge and her favorite flower is a Cattaleya Orchid. Lauren is also a Professional Photographer in her spare time shooting anything from Weddings & Portraiture to Nature & Landscapes- 
Hazzard Lucky is the shop dog- Lauren is his owner and he hangs out in the shop during the week... In his spare time he enjoys many doggy parks, chewing on his favorite dog treat and hangin with his BFF Cecil, a Boston Terrier.
